Print My Voters Registration Card

Congress enacted the National Voter Registration Act in 1993.

If you are not a registered voter in your state, you can fill out the National Mail Voter Registration Form. The form came about after Congress enacted the National Voter Registration Act of 1993--known as the Motor Voter Law. The idea of the law was to make registering to vote possible during the driver's license renewal process or when applying for social services. The form can also be used to update information or to change your political affiliation.

Go to the online form at the United States Election Assistance Commission page. (see Resources)

Click on the link with your language of preference. The file will open as a PDF file.
